Tim and I were so nervous about where and how to begin looking for our first home, but when we met you and Dale we felt instantly comforted. I met Sheila Daak through an informational session on what to look for when buying a home.  As a first time home buyer not having any idea of where to start I thought "Here is someone providing good information......maybe I need to see her..." and I did. To all it may concern Reference: Ms. Sheila Daak   It is with pleasure that I am able to write about a pleasant experience, when so much of the day to day things are negative. I thought of the home buying process as being one stumbling block after another. Here is where I met Ms. Daak and she assured me all would work out for the best and it did. Being a first home buyer, I didnt know what to do or expect, so I turned to Sheila for help as I would turn to a friend, and she did not let me down. It is apparent to me that during the process of purchasing my first home, not only was Sheila attentive to my needs and wants for a house, Ive come to also find out to my great surprise she also heard the in between the lines conversation.
