Dale and Sheila have been a team for over 34 years, both in their personal and professional lives. They met as salespersons in a Fortune 500 Company in 1976, married that same year and along with their three children will celebrate their 34th wedding anniversary in 2010. Dale and Sheila have the goal to be among the most successful real estate sales teams in the Greater Jacksonville Area and know it can only be executed by delivering to each customer "Exceptional Quality Service". Dale first became a Realtor Associate in 1978, earning his Realtor & GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations in 1979. When Sheila was offered a professional sales position requiring relocation, Dale and Sheila's sale careers continued, although the products and services varied. They have since decided to apply their 63 years of combined sale experience in a career selling real estate in northeast Florida. Since the start of their real estate business here in Jacksonville, in 2001, they have assisted over three hundred families in the purchase or sale of their home. In 2002, Dale and Sheila pursued the additional education to become licensed Real Estate Brokers with the intent to open their own real estate brokerage office. Realty Sense opened on Bolton Road in September of 2003. In September of 2009 they moved their office to 637 Blanding Blvd across from Starbuck's. Their attitude and work ethic adds a new dimension to the local real estate market.
